New Harbor Capital Portfolio Company FYZICAL Completes 12 Franchisee Clinic Acquisitions

New Harbor Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, has completed 12 franchisee clinic acquisitions consisting of seven clinics in Colorado, four clinics in South Dakota, and one clinic in Florida. FYZICAL is a leading franchisor and operator of physical rehabilitation centers specializing in balance and vestibular therapy and wellness programs.

These acquisitions will expand FYZICAL’s company-owned footprint throughout the Western, Midwest, and Southern regions, and will also introduce two new states, Colorado and South Dakota, to the company-clinic family. The addition of these clinics brings the Company to 51 company-owned clinics in 11 states, with a total of 432 clinics under brand in 45 states. This expansion enables the FYZICAL team to deploy various pilot initiatives in more marketplaces, thereby providing its franchise community with evidence-based industry-leading practices.
