Partnership expands Access’ presence in new Delaware market
New Harbor Capital (“New Harbor”) announced today that its portfolio company Access Infusion Care (“Access” or “the Company”) has partnered with Infusion Solutions of Delaware, a physician‑led rheumatology and infusion practice serving patients across the state with locations in Dover, Milford, and Newark. This marks Access’ third add-on in partnership with New Harbor and represents another step in advancing the Company’s mission to deliver accessible, patient-centered infusion therapy in communities with limited access to specialty care across the United States.
Infusion Solutions of Delaware specializes in biologic and infusion therapies for patients managing autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, and ankylosing spondylitis, as well as osteoporosis and other chronic conditions.
