New Harbor Capital Portfolio Company FYZICAL Completes Acquisitions of Georgia and Florida Franchisees

New Harbor Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company FYZICAL, a leading franchisor and operator of physical rehabilitation centers specializing in balance therapy and wellness programs, has completed acquisitions of two franchisee clinics in Georgia and three franchisee clinics in Florida.

These acquisitions will expand FYZICAL’s company-owned footprint throughout both the southern Georgia and Florida panhandle regions. FYZICAL’s company-owned clinics’ regional presence now includes two clinics in Georgia and 20 clinics in Florida. The addition of these clinics brings the Company to 36 company-owned clinics in seven states and with a total of 426 clinics under brand in 45 states. This expansion enables the FYZICAL team to deploy various pilot initiatives in more marketplaces, thereby providing its franchise community with evidence-based industry-leading practices.
