New Harbor Capital Portfolio Company Blueprint Test Prep Completes Acquisition of Cram Fighter

New Harbor Capital announced today that its portfolio company, Blueprint Test Prep (“Blueprint”) has completed an acquisition of Cram Fighter (the “Company”), an industry leader in personalized study plan creation.

Founded in Boston in 2010, Cram Fighter is an educational technology company that develops web and mobile apps to help students create personalized study plans for high-stakes exams and improve their time management skills. Cram Fighter focuses on preparing students for medical exams, reaching students at over 200 medical schools, and helping more than 10,000 students prepare for the USMLE and COMLEX exams each year. The Company’s software solution provides a detailed, daily checklist of learning goals tailored to each individual’s objectives, while its algorithmic technology continuously adjusts and refines the study plan as the learner progresses towards test day.
