Fred Hipp

Fred Hipp has over 30 years of experience in the services industry and has led numerous multi-unit businesses. He is the past President and CEO of prior CHS portfolio company, AMF Bowling, the largest bowling company in the world. Prior to AMF, he served as President, CEO and a Director of California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., a multi-unit casual dining chain in the premium pizza segment. Previously, he was President and CEO of Gilbert/Robinson, a services company that operated restaurants such as Houlihan’s, Darryl’s and Bristol’s Seafood Grill and President of Restaurant Data Systems, Inc., a restaurant and hotel consulting group providing operational and financial services to chain operators. Fred formerly served on the Board of Directors of Community Psychiatry and New York Kids Club.
