New Harbor Capital Launches ENT & Allergy Services Platform Through Partnership with The Ear, Nose, Throat & Plastic Surgery Associates

New Harbor Capital has completed a majority investment in OTO ENT Services, LLC, a leading provider of administrative support services for affiliated multi-disciplinary ear, nose and throat providers and specialists in Florida, including The Ear, Nose, Throat & Plastic Surgery Associates ( “ENTPSA”, “the Company”), a nationally recognized ENT group and one of the largest in Central Florida.

Founded in 1958, ENTPSA is a leader in the Orlando market, providing a full range of services, including general and specialty otolaryngology services, allergy, audiology, sleep, speech, and balance therapy through five outpatient clinics and in the hospital setting. The group offers personalized treatment options to help any issue relating to the head and neck and is uncompromisingly dedicated to excellence and achieving quality results for its patients.
