New Harbor Capital Portfolio Company MD Esthetics Completes Acquisition of Joli Medical Spa

New Harbor Capital portfolio company MD Esthetics, a multi-state medical aesthetics and wellness company, has completed the acquisition of Joli Medical Spa (“Joli Medspa”, “the Company”), a medical spa based in Marshfield, Massachusetts. This acquisition will enable MD Esthetics to expand its geographical reach across its Boston and Cape Cod markets.

Founded in 2016 by Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Kristen MacNeil, RN, Joli Medical Spa offers a wide range of aesthetic and anti-aging skincare services, as well as wellness and beauty solutions. Kristen leverages over 25 years of nursing experience in her leadership role at the Company. Joli Medspa employs a team of seven licensed injectors and aestheticians.
