New Harbor Capital Completes Investment in MD Esthetics

New Harbor Capital has completed a platform investment in MD Esthetics (“the Company”), a multi-state medical aesthetics and wellness company. MD Esthetics will serve as the foundational platform for New Harbor’s medical aesthetics and wellness thesis, reflecting an active focus on the healthy living and wellness sector.

Founded in 2018 by Dr. Michael Pedro and Danielle Pedro through the opening of its first location in Windham, NH, MD Esthetics is a fast-growing medical aesthetics and wellness business with a differentiated service offering, multi-state presence, and strong reputation for clinical compliance. Under the stewardship of Dr. Pedro and Danielle, the Company has grown rapidly, both organically and inorganically, through a series of de novo locations and acquisitions. Today, the Company operates 12 clinics across three states and features a robust corporate team that is poised for incremental growth at the outset of the partnership with New Harbor Capital.
