New Harbor Capital Announces Promotions

New Harbor Capital is pleased to announce the promotions of Jocelyn Stanley to Partner and John Pircon to Principal.

Jocelyn Stanley is being promoted from Principal to Partner. She has been with New Harbor Capital since its inception in 2013 and was actively engaged in the formation of the firm. She is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, as well as working with portfolio companies. Previously, she was an Associate and then Vice President at CHS Capital. Prior to joining CHS, she was with Wachovia Securities in the M&A Group. Jocelyn holds a BS, summa cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and earned her MBA from Stanford University.

John Pircon is being promoted from Vice President to Principal. He has been with New Harbor Capital since its inception in 2013 and was actively engaged in the formation of the firm. John is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, as well as working with portfolio companies. Previously, he was as an Associate at CHS Capital. Prior to joining CHS, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Robert W. Baird & Co. where he spent two years working on U.S. M&A and equity financing transactions and one year with the International M&A team based in London. John holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and earned his MBA from Northwestern University.
