Dr. Rick Workman is the Chair of the Executive Advisor Team, having nearly 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry and is highly regarded as a leader in the dental services industry. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Heartland Dental Care, the nation’s largest dental service organization and a former CHS portfolio company. Previously, Dr. Workman spent several years as a national speaker and trainer for ProDentec, a manufacturer of hygiene products. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with degrees in Biological Science and a Doctorate in Dental Medicine.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of PT Solutions.

Barry Gossett is past Chairman and CEO of prior CHS portfolio company, Acton Mobile Industries, a supplier of mobile offices, construction trailers and commercial modular buildings.  He is the Vice Chairman of the University System of Maryland Board of Regents and past Chairman of the University System of Maryland Foundation, where he remains on the Executive Board.  Previously, Barry was the Chairman and CEO of Williams Scotsman, Inc., and President of the Modular Building Institute.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan, the University of Maryland Medical System, the AAMC Foundation and the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland.  Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of the Baltimore Area Council Boy Scouts of America (remains on Executive Board), Past Chairman of University of Maryland College Park Foundation and served on the Board of Directors of the New Children’s Hospital (Baltimore), Terrapin Club and Essex Community College Foundation.  He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of KURE Pain Management.

Previously, he was President and CEO of Gilbert/Robinson, a services company that operated restaurants such as Houlihan’s, Darryl’s and Bristol’s Seafood Grill and President of Restaurant Data Systems, Inc., a restaurant and hotel consulting group providing operational and financial services to chain operators.  Fred currently serves on the Board of Directors of Community Psychiatry and New York Kids Club.
